FULL SERVICE INTERIOR DESIGN
Linda can assist her clients with a full service design package ranging from entire homes to individual rooms. With this package one can expect the initial consultation, space planning, paint consultation, sourcing and ordering to include but not limited to custom furniture, lighting, window treatments, floor coverings, custom bedding, art and antique procurement, as well as, sub-contractor coordination and installation. And if you are considering a remodeling of your existing space, this design package will also suit your needs for assistance with design concept development, selection of interior and exterior finishes, collaborative consulting with architects and contractors, and project management. Linda has built close partnerships with her vendors and is able to provide these resources to her clients, under this agreement all products will be sourced through LGI.
Design fees start at $110 per hour. Exact fees will be established after initial consultation. All fees are paid prior to orders made.

Do you enjoy shopping for your furniture and accessories online or in person, but seek guidance from a professional to save you time and costly mistakes? Or maybe, you are seeking a refresh of your space to prepare for an anticipated move or to utilize your existing pieces in a more stylish design. Then, this design package is for you! At the end of the day with this design package, Linda will provide you with a detailed presentation of her notes to include paint selections, space plans, size descriptions, style, and finish suggestions to allow you to take the design and shop for pieces at your leisure. We might even move some light-weight furniture & furnishings as part of your refresh!
Design fee $325 up to three hours.
